Efficient vendor management is key to elevating meeting quality; transforming an average meeting into a great one through the careful vetting, selection, organization, and management of vendors and suppliers.
- TLG fully vets and selects each vendor and supplier to ensure reliability, quality, and alignment with event goals. We handle all contracting requirements, including insurance compliance, risk mitigation, and ongoing quality control.
• TLG oversees and manages W9 submissions and confidentiality agreements for all vendors and suppliers.
• We coordinate and manage every detail across food and beverage, ground transportation, décor, entertainment, audio/visual, and security services to ensure seamless execution.
